WHAT IS IMPACT LEADERSHIP?
Impact Leadership is a transformative multi-module program that empowers your managers to uncover their inspirational leadership brand and activate it within their teams. By participating in this program, your managers will experience a profound shift in their leadership style, ultimately leading to a workforce that is more engaged, energized, and inspired by their leaders.
Sessions are led by Olympian Sarah Wells, someone who has studied and lived what it takes to inspire others. She will expertly guide participants through a series of engaging sessions, equipping them with practical strategies to inspire and motivate their teams effectively.
The program culminates in a captivating event where each participant delivers a compelling 5-minute inspirational “mini keynote.” This unique experience not only showcases your manager’s new-found leadership story, but also creates a powerful bond across your organization. We encourage you to invite your entire office to witness these presentations (or you can choose to record the speeches), fostering a sense of unity and shared inspiration.
Though this program has been run as a 6-10 week program (at 1 hour per week) in the past, we understand that some teams are looking for alternatives, which is why we offer the flexibility of both half-day and full-day sessions. You can choose the format that best suits the needs and schedule of your team. Our program is designed to deliver maximum impact in a condensed time frame, ensuring your managers can return to their roles armed with new skills and perspectives.

Participants will learn how to craft their leadership brand story & share it at Celebrate Impact Day.
Earn Certificate
Employees participating will receive a verified digital credential issued through Credly.
